Below, you will find various screenshots of
RaiderCSS in action. Click on any image below to
see a full-sized screenshot. Remember that RaiderCSS
can be color customized however you choose. The
size, and font size for chat text may be changed
as well, and you may upload your own logo in place
of the "RaiderSoft" logo shown in the screenshots on this page.
To the right is a screenshot of the Operator's Applet
showing the main view that you and your
operators (your support team, or yourself) will see when awaiting, and
interacting with customers. It is composed of
five parts:
- Menu Bar (top of applet) allows operator to login/logout and gain assistance via a help page
designated by you.
- Call Queue Tab (upper-left tab) shows users awaiting assistance by you or your staff
- Operators Tab (upper-right tab) shows operators currently online in a particular department. You and
your staff will always know how much assistance is available to the awaiting customers.
- Chat Tab (lower-left tab) lists conversations currently in progess with an operator and various
customers.
- Operator Lounge (lower-right tab) show the chat pane allowing operators to discuss topics
amongst themselves. This can be both a relaxing "break-zone" or a way for operators to
communicate issues regarding customer support.
To the left is a another screenshot image of a typical, live
session you may have with one of your
customers/users. With it, you may send your
users text messages, force web content (http,
ftp, etc..), transfer to another department,
or place the user on hold if you
so choose. Placing a user on hold returns
that user to the user-list queue so that
he/she may be assisted later, or by another
of your customer support technicians. These
sessions popup in their own, separate tabbed window
making it easy to converse with multiple
customers/users simultaneously.
To the right is a screenshot of the RaiderCSS web based Control
Panel. From this easy to use control panel, you may add, edit, and remove departments,
operators; view/receive transcripts, and specify many configuration options. You, the account owner,
may login at any time to the control panel by clicking on the "My Account" link in the upper-left
hand corner of any raidercss.com web page. The control panel is your home base for configuring your
RaiderCSS account, receiving support, and for product upgrades.
To the left is a screenshot of the Customer Client
Applet, showing a conversation that you
(or one of your customer support technicians)
may have with a customer in real-time. Colors
and font-sizes may be modified to your
liking. Web site content (URL's, FTP
Addresses, etc..) that you push to your
customers will instantaneously popup in a
separate browser window.
Once your customer/user has logged in (or has
automatically logged in) he/she will be
presented with a brief wait screen until you
(or one of your technicians) responds to the
request for assistance. If nobody is available
to assist the customer, he/she will be
automatically redirected to a webpage of your
choosing.
To the left is a screenshot of the Customer Client
Applet detailing the option to receive their transcripts via e-mail
after a user has ended a customer support
session on your web site. This optional feature allows you to provide your
customers with a word-for-word recording of their entire support session.
