How does RaiderCSS work?
RaiderCSS can be set up many different ways
for your customers and your technicians. If
you'd like, you can provide a simple button on
your webpage to open up a small window that
immediately puts them in contact with you, or
someone on your staff. Or, you may embed the
Customer Support Applet directly into your own
website using the code we provide you. Your
technician software (for chatting with
customers) can be set up the same way.
What if someone isn't available to help the customer when he/she requests assistance?
No problem. You can configure the software
to automatically timeout (I.e., 20 seconds) if
someone is not available to help. The customer
may then be re-directed to a webpage of your
choice to give him/her further instructions.
How much does it all cost?
Plans start out at only $19.00 USD per month. That works out to only 63
cents per day!
Can I change the colors of the applet? What about the size?
With RaiderCSS, you can customize both the
color and the size of the customer support
applet, and can customize the message colors of the operator's applet.
Your customers will not know that this service
is hosted with us, it will simply look like
another feature on your website!
