To fully demonstrate this software,
you will need to log in as both Operators and the Customer using each respective
applet. Both Operators are needed in order to demonstrate the transfer feature.
Enjoy the test!
Step 1
to launch the first Operator Applet. This is the
applet that you and your support technicians (staff) will use to
communicate with your site visitors who request help. Once the applet
has loaded, you may login using the username/password shown below:
|
Username: support%DEMO_ID%
Password: 12345
|
Please note that others may be testing this software as well.
If you have any problems with the applet loading, please ensure that
you have installed the latest version of the Sun JRE downloadable for free
from
www.java.com.
Step 2
to launch the Customer Support applet which will be used by your website's users/customers.
Enter a username of your choice. Once you have logged in, go back to the Operator applet and you will
see that a new user has requested help. Simply double click on the user name to begin a live help
session.
With both applets running, you may now test what a typical customer service session might be
like on your system. The best way to this; however; is to register for
a free trial account and use the software on your site for the duration of the trial period.
If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions, please let us know!
